Excel diesel is our SAP B1 client where we are going to implement the SAP B1 after sales service ERP system. They deals in the Sales and after sales of the Engines of Cummins India.They have 6 locations and employed 130 employees, want to automate and integrate their all important service related part of their business in a unified system so that it can be much more informative and updated about the changes. It requires integration of intialisation of Service call to Field service report all must get integrated to get a clear picture of each engine being repaired.
Previous system which they were using data was scattred in various software like Tally ERP and Bytes and Bytes. Due to which they were unable to get actual profitability from each service call, after using SAP Business one which have integrated there service part with accounting and inventory made them get actual position of call and what is profitability every month.
