• For better quality of OCR'd file, we do proof reading.
• Files with normal text undergo online proofing whereas texts containing special characters, chemical formulae, superscript characters, subscript characters that are more difficult to OCR through software, require manual proof reading.
• This is done through comparing hard copy with soft copy.
• All the errors marked by the proofreaders on the soft copy are updated online.
• We also do all kinds of following conversion PDF to XML, PDF to SGML, PDF to HTML, PDF to WORDTM, PDF to QUARKEXPRESSTM and vice-versa, after verifying the output under strict quality standards as per the client’s needs.
